Karl is responsible for building Carlson Marketing across Asia Pacific and is a member of the Carlson Marketing Global Executive team.
Since joining Carlson Marketing in 2001, the region has grown substantially under his leadership, with operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand.
Before joining Carlson Marketing, Karl was Managing Director of Bates Communications in London. He also served as Director of Rapier, an independent integrated communications agency. Prior to that Karl spent ten years with WPP-owned OgilvyOne in both the UK and as Managing Director of OgilvyOne in Cape Town, South Africa
Karl received his Bachelor of Commerce degree in business studies from University College Dublin, Ireland. |

Sam joined Carlson Marketing in March 2005, bringing extensive experience in financial services, including credit cards and loyalty, gained through over 16 years in executive roles with Citibank and Westpac. While serving as Head of Consumer Cards at Westpac, Sam was responsible for the profitability, business unit strategy, retention, product management and marketing of all credit card based products.
Sam has also managed businesses encompassing traditional retail banking products, loyalty and credit cards including start-up ventures. She has launched and managed both consumer and commercial products with particular focus on the most cost effective and responsive delivery of the customer value proposition to ensure a positive impact on the bottom line. She has also provided expertise in negotiations of strategic alliances and ongoing relationship management of many Australian retailers, leading charities and multinational companies such as Ansett, Holden, Energy Australia, Franklins, Optus, BP, Mobil, Visa Card, MasterCard, CBA, Virgin Blue.

David joined Carlson Marketing in 2003 and has responsibility for developing our offering and building our business in the Australian market. His role is key in the design and ongoing delivery of customer loyalty initiatives that deliver better results through stronger relationships.
David brings a wealth of loyalty management and marketing experience to his role, with over 12 years of experience gained in Australia and the UK. David has lead projects and relationships across the financial services, airline, retail, telecommunications, high-tech and consumer packaged goods sectors and has worked with blue chip brands such as Coles, Virgin Blue, ANZ, Diners Club, Citibank, The Commonwealth Bank, Holden, Isuzu, Oracle, P&G, 7 Media, Nortel, IAG and Brother International.
David is currently completing his MBA and holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Management, Bachelor of Commerce and a Diploma in Marketing Management.

Specialising in integrated technology solutions, Andrea has over 17 years of experience across various industries and over the past 13 years, has been instrumental in leading the delivery of loyalty and relationship marketing IT solutions for CMW across Asia for blue chip clients, including Qantas, ExxonMobil, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Malaysia Airlines and Virgin Blue.
Andrea's role has encompassed various disciplines including project management, business analysis, development quality assurance, 24/7 support and infrastructure and hosting within the PCI compliance framework. Over the past two years, Andrea has led the digital product development roadmap for CMW in Asia, working as a key member of the global CMW innovation team, to provide leading edge solutions for our clients and enhance the overall member experience.
Andrea holds a Master in Business Information Technology Management, Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems and Diploma in Digital Marketing.
